Mr. Lipsky is also a bonded Orange County Registered Process Server, number 2171.
Mr. Lipsky honorably retired from the service of the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Supervisory Special Agent in 2004. His investigative experience includes White Collar Crimes while assigned to the Denver field office and Violent Crimes and Criminal Intelligence while working at the Los Angeles field office. His supervisory and managerial experience involved; supervising a violent street gang squad, managing the LA Criminal Intelligence Module, supervising the LA Computer Analysis Response Team (CART), the Vi-CAP and NCAVC Programs, and managing one of the LA-HIDTA Intelligence nodes.
Mr. Lipsky also has over five years of experience as a Police Officer with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Las Vegas, Nevada. He was assigned as a Field Training Officer, Intelligence Detective, and Training Academy Officer.
